Exercise is a miracle medicine. Yet, about 80% of Canadians don't engage in it enough to reap most of the benefits of exercise.

The guideline for physical exercise from the Public Health Agency of Canada is 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week. I would add that strength training should be done twice a week and mobility/flexibility and balance training should be conducted as required to maintain range of motion and prevent falls.
